Rates for the plans- District contributes up to $1500/month for full time (750 for half time employees) toward the total cost of your plans. District pays employees portion of PERS.

Our employees benefit from an OEA Choice Trust Wellness Grant.

OEA Choice Trust (OEA CHOICE WELFARE BENEFIT PLAN) supports the well-being of Oregon’s public education employees. La Grande School District #1 has received a grant to support our employee’s well-being. OEA Choice Trust files an annual report with the Employee Benefits Security Administration, as required under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA).
