The LHS Wind Ensemble qualified for the State Band Festival today in Pendleton with scores of 83 and 81. The band was the winner of the Greater Oregon League and the automatic state qualifier. To put that into context, you have to get two scores of 75 or higher to qualify. The ensemble will travel to Oregon State University in May for the state festival.
