This is the first title for any LHS Girls Cross Country runner! Emily is one talented runner. As an athlete she is always motivated to grow and is one of the most coachable young runners Coach Alma Crow has had the privilege to work with. Emily’s mindset is like no other. Between her work discipline and dedication, Alma thinks she has the potential to do great things in the years to come. The possibilities are endless for her. As her coach Alma is thankful that she gets the opportunity to work with someone as talented as Emily.
