LMS PTO is hosting a dance this Friday, 3/3, here at LMS in the gym from 6-8pm. The entry fee is $5 and concessions will be available for purchase. The theme is "Don't Worry, Beach Happy!" If your student has their student ID please have them bring it.

Last day for LMS PTO coin drive is Tuesday 2/28. Our staff will be out front collecting coins before school tomorrow morning. If your cup holders are full of change we would be glad to take it off your hands!! The winner of the coin drive will watch the others along with the student body dance during our assembly this Friday.

Registration and a current sports physical is required and the sports fee is $40. Track practice is every school day from 3-5pm. There will be pre-season practices starting March 7th every Tuesday and Thursday from 3-4:15pm in the LMS gym for those interested.

Confirmation that there is a dance tonight (2/10) for middle school students. It will be at the high school, entry fee is $7 and soda will be on sale for $1. This dance is a fundraiser for our wrestling program.

February is CTE (Career Technical Education) Month
February is National CTE Month. Career and Technical Education provides students of all ages with the academic and technical skills, knowledge and training necessary to succeed in future careers and to become lifelong learners.
La Grande students have the opportunity to take CTE classes in the following areas: agriculture, natural resources, manufacturing, visual arts, performing arts, business, hospitality & tourism and medical.
