Custodial Appreciation
Posted Date: 10/02/26 (07:47 AM)
Dear Cougar Families,
Today, we celebrate National Custodial Worker Appreciation Day! A special day to honor the hard-working individuals who keep our school running safely, smoothly, and cleanly every single day.
Dorothy, Jacob, and Wulf work around the clock to ensure our classrooms, cafeteria, grounds, and hallways are safe and ready for learning. Their hard work behind the scenes directly impacts the health, safety, and happiness of our entire school community.
We invite all students and families to join us in showing appreciation! Here are a few simple ways to participate:
- Say Thank You: Encourage your student to express a warm verbal thank-you when they see a member of the custodial team in the halls.
- Write a Note: Cards, drawings, or written notes of thanks can be dropped off at the main office or given directly to custodians.
- Keep It Clean: Encourage students to take extra pride in keeping their own spaces tidy as a token of respect.
To Dorothy, Jacob, and Wulf: Thank you for everything you do for us here at Central!!
Happy Friday, Go Cougars!
